Prices and Catalog

  • The prices in the catalog include the value added tax, but not shipping and handling.
  • The exact prices for shipping and handling are displayed during the purchase process.

Placing and canceling an order

  • Orders are made directly from the website using the shopping cart.
  • Customers must be 18 years of age. Underaged customers must have their guardian's permission to make the order.


  • Soft dance mats have a warranty period of three months.
  • Metal dance pads have a warranty period of 12 months.
  • Accessories have a warranty period of six months.
  • The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase. We will exchange a faulty product to a same or equivalent product.
  • The warranty does not cover problems that originate from wear and tear in regular use, nor problems caused by software malfunctions or handling errors.
  • To be eligible for warranty exchange, the product must be in original condition. Any modifications made to the product by the customer will void the warranty.

Delivery time

  • Items in stock are usually shipped with 1-4 days of lead time. The delivery time to Finland is usually 1-2 work days.
  • Metal dance pads are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse, which increases the delivery time. Differing delivery times are always described in the product description.


  • Products are delivered via mail or Matkahuolto. Payments are accepted either as cash on delivery (Posti) or pre-paid via online bank or credit card. Products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer cannot be paid using cash on delivery.
  • Mail packages can be fetched from the nearest post office 1-2 work days after the shipping date. Letter shipments (e.g. a single computer game) are delivery to the customer's mailbox with regular mail.
  • Metal dance pads shipped directly from the manufacturer are delivered to the nearest Matkahuolto office in 1-2 weeks.
  • Shipping and handling are charged according to the table below. The exact shipping and handling charges are displayed before placing the order.

Product returns

  • Products ordered from the web shop can be returned or exchanged during 14 days from the date the product is received. Weekends and holidays are counted towards the exchange period, excluding the receiving day.
  • Product returns must be notified beforehand either by phone or e-mail during the exchange period.
  • The return and exchange policy covers only unused and re-sellable products. The product may not be taken into use, but the buyer has the right to open the packaging and familiarize him/herself with the product like he/she could do when visiting a regular store.
  • The return and exchange policy does not cover sealed products that have been opened, for example computer games.

Price changes

  • We do not use contact information provided by our customers for marketing purposes without express approval. We do not disclose customer information to third parties.

If you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Trix Games Ltd will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy.

With regard to payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is also the recipient of the payment.
