Trix Games Web Shop user and customer registry.

Purpose

The information stored in the Trix Games Web Shop user and customer registry is used for maintaining the customer relationship, contacting the customer and other typical purposes related to web shops.

Registry information

The registry includes basic information on the users and customers, such as:

  • - Name
  • - Address
  • - Phone number(s)
  • - E-mail address
  • - Orders made by the customer
  • - Delivery tracking information (Itella / DPD)

Payment information such as credit card and bank details are not stored in the registry.

Information sources

The registry holder stores information given by the user when he is using the web shop. The order and delivery history of the user is also recorded in the registry.

Security of the registry

The data in the registry is saved to a protected system. A valid username and password is required to access the registry. A user has the right to receive copies and check the information stored about him in the registry. Requests should be done in a written form to the registry accountant.

Denying the use of recorded information

A customer has the right to deny the use of recorded information for marketing, advertising or research purposes. The denial request should be done in a written form to the registry accountant.

Updating information

The registry holder will correct any incorrect information in the registry by the request of the user. Personal information is removed from the registry by the request of the user. All correction and removal requests should be done in a written form to the registry accountant.
